Army Ordnance Corps AOC Recruitment 2026: The Army Ordnance Corps (AOC) has released a notification for the recruitment of Tradesman, Fireman, Material Assistant and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS). As per official notice, a total number of 2601 candidates will be recruited through open competitive examination. Interested candidates can submit their online application from 24 August 2026 to 22 September 2026 through the official website at https://aocrecruitment.gov.in. To apply online, the candidates must have a valid 10th pass (matriculation) or 12th pass or Graduate with relevant trade diploma (varies by post) from any recognized board or institution. Along with qualification, the candidate’s age shall not be less than 18 years & must not exceed 25 years in case of Tradesman Mate & Fireman and 27 years in case of Material Assistant JOA. The age relaxation is applicable to various reserved categories in accordance with government rules and regulations.

Fireman	Essential: Matriculation (10th Pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Junior Office Assistant (JOA)	Essential: 12th Pass from a recognized Board or University. Typing Skill: 35 words per minute in English on computer or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)	Essential: Matriculation (10th Pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board. Desirable: One year of experience in the relevant trade and knowledge of the duties of the respective trade.
Material Assistant	Essential: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or Diploma in Material Management or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Age Limit

• 18 to 25 years for Tradesman Mate and Fireman.
• 18 to 27 years for Junior Office Assistant (JOA) & Material Assistant
• Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved categories as per Army Ordnance Corps (AOC) recruitment rules.
